The Fairfax Neighborhood - A City within a City

Fairfax is home to world renowned hospitals, businesses ranging from small to big, historic churches, verdant parks, famous cultural institutions, shopping, dining and all sorts of housing choices. It’s a stone’s throw from both University Circle and downtown. Origionally a haven for Cleveland’s prospering working class African Americans, Fairfax is not content to rest on its laurels gathered from years of rebuilding at the end of the last century. The neighborhood is pushing headlong into the 21st century to be on the forefront of Cleveland’s innovation revolution.

Meetup: At the Quincy Park, located on Quincy Avenue, between East 82nd & East 83rd St. Sit on one of the serpentine benches created by artist Angelica Pozo.
